Product Information

Australian professional cook Pamela Moriarty was diagnosed with coeliac disease 25 years ago. At the time she was malnourished and anaemic, but within two weeks of eating gluten-free food her health began to improve. She realised that diet, not medication, was the key to health and wellbeing for those with coeliac disease or gluten allergy. But it wasn't long before she grew bored with commercially available gluten free food. Craving desserts and sweet treats, she began experimenting with baking and published her first book, Sharing Sweet Secrets. Now she has turned her attention to developing attractive and delicious gluten free dinners that can be enjoyed by family and friends.
